I have PTSD and anxiety and my cat likes to ride around in the car with me but I dont go into places for the most part, we usually just sit in the car but i took her in here and showed her all the treats and toys and she picked a bed that we ended up getting. Even the people were great, no one scared her or anything and some other customers even gave her some attention. I think she had fun and we may bring her back in at some point. 😸

I bought my two ferrets here. The customer service and caring nature of the employees is AMAZING!!! I looked everywhere for my pets and chose petco and am so happy I am. One of my ferrets wouldn’t eat and is only alive because of an employee there who took her home to syringe feed her. I love coming in to update them on the life she has (because of the petco employee). Amazing and knowledgeable. Pets I have gotten here, (ferrets and hamsters) have been in great health unlike when I bought animals from Clark’s pet store. A+++++++*
