Enterprise Rent-A-Car

We arrived from Chicago and were told they had our reservation for a van all set and it was getting washed. They then came over after about a half hour and said we are putting gas in it now. After an hour and a half they came over and were trying to convince us to rent another vehicle that would not be big enough for our party. The Enterprise employee blatantly lied to us and we now have to use another company. The manager did nothing to help and was rude.

The folks at the counter are polite and courteous. They are more than willing to answer questions about the area. Cars are generally well maintained and clean. Drop off is easy and quick. Enterprise is one of a few rental agencies that are located at the airport, making it much more convenient for picking up and dropping off a vehicle. There are other rental agencies that are off-site and one has to take a shuttle bus into town, which is less than 10 miles, but still a ways to go to get your rental.

We booked this rental months in advance, when we arrived the Enterprise desk was in a little line, a competitor/colleague from another company checked us in for Enterprise, super smooth and quick & efficient. Drop off was also super smooth, left the car in the line and dropped the keys in the Dropbox at the counter. But the BEST news: we booked a car in similar situation, same airport, same time periods, a different vendor, 2 years ago. And the BIG SURPRISE came at the counter when checking in, they added a ton of money for some BS coverage that wasn't on the reservation we made. Disappointed and angry. But Enterprise, on this experience, the receipt was exactly as we had booked it back in February, and hit my email before we ever took off from the airport. I'm sold on Enterprise. Happy customer.

The man who checked us in was super nice about getting our car. He gave us good info on several things. Even though the Jackson Airport was very crowded, this person was calm, easy to talk to and got us through right away. We felt good! When we came back to drop the car it was raining heavily, the man out in the parking area was also very nice and quick to talk to us and made it easy for us to get going into the airport. Thank you. You have a great group in JACKSON Airport.
