We live in Tyrone and have watched many tv advertisements on Altoona station about Steeple furniture. We were very excited and drove to Rockton only to find they would not deliver to Tyrone even when we offered to pay for delivery. We had planned on buying two living room chairs, carpet and a rug. (A large order). Very disappointed and feel their advertising should state limited delivery.

Bought a $1800 couch with electronic recliners on each end. Didn't even have it 9 months and it is not working. Called them and knew I would have to pay for them to look at it, since its past 6 months, but am upset that due to our home being 4 miles out of their service area, they are charging me more than if I lived 4 miles closer to them. I live 34 miles away vs 30 miles is their service area. I get we all have rules, but seriously this is not good customer service. Don't worry Steeple I won't go the extra miles in your direction again. I will make sure my family and friends know what happened as well. You had the opportunity to give good customer service - total fail. I don't mind paying but thought the 4 miles difference could have been waived. Also, not to mention the fabric, which was listed as genuine leather is ripping where the seat area connects to the sides. Poor quality.

STEEPLE FURNITURE IS THE DEFINITION OF QUALITY!!! Quality Store: Steeple furniture is HUGE. We couldn't help but notice all of the renovation that has happened since the last time my husband and I were there! It is obvious they take great pride in not only the furniture they sell but also the atmosphere. Everything was clean and tidy! Quality Furniture: My husband and I were in the market for a living room suit. The inventory is massive so it took quite some time to cover it all. We found exactly what we needed! We were informed that we would have to wait a couple months for it to arrive after ordering but for the low prices and great quality I'd say it's worth it ;) Quality Employees: We were met with a smile at the door. The store was packed with customers but all of our questions were answered with a smile. The staff is knowledgeable and thorough. Staff was available and ready to answer questions but didn't pester or pressure us. We will definitely be going back to Steeple Furniture for all of our furniture needs! If I could give 6 stars I would!

Wow! Steeple Furniture is the "hidden gem" we're embarrassed to have not found sooner! Our saleswoman, Dixie, was as sweet and helpful as could be! The store has more furniture than we ever could have imagined. We will ship here again!

YES! We are open for business and we require face masks!! We do have hand sanitizer at the check out counters and appreciate keeping 6 feet apart from other customers. Come on in, we'd love to see you!!
Yes they will take your old furniture for a fee. It's not much, like 15 bucks.
