The first dresser was damaged on top right corner. They sent a replacement a week later and this time damage to left side about one foot above bottom corner of dresser. Chad is a nice guy but delivery workers not careful.

I purchased a box spring from their Norwood location on July 8th, for my guest bedroom. It has been used three times since then. I sat on the bed for a moment while cleaning and the wooden frame snapped and broke. After going to to the store I was told there is no warranty on box frames and the best they can do is sell me another half off. I really wish this store stood by their products.

Awesome new showroom, owner and salesperson knowledgeable and helpful. Prices very fair vs MSRP. Delivery staff careful, cordial and all around excellent. I recommend Northwoods as a 3X customer.
