I have recently been taking my Hummer to Jim Shorkey for service because of Rick Donnan. I met Rick a few years ago when he worked in the service dept at another dealership. He was the first mechanic to ever take the time to talk to me in person about the work being done and it was obvious that he knew what he was talking about. It gave me confidence knowing that the mechanic working on my Hummer knew a lot more about it than I did. Prior to meeting Rick, my service experience was pretty bad. Rick is professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the Hummer H1. I've owned the Hummer for many years and never found anyone in this area who had Rick's expertise working on a Hummer. I used to take my Hummer to a shop in Cincinnati that specialized in Hummers because I couldn't find anyone in Pgh who knew how to work on them. It's great knowing that Rick is just a short drive away. Jim Shorkey is very lucky to have Rick on their service team and as long as he's there, they will have my business when I need work done on the Hummer and my other vehicles as well.

For this latest visit I found Rick Donnan to be excellent. Actually, every technician that has been assigned to my ZO6 since 2019 has been excellent. However, I found Mr. Donnan to be extremely knowledgeable regarding high performance vehicles. His presence now provides me with a very high level of confidence going forward. Especially since my ZO6 now has 1036 HP at the crank, 829 HP at the rear wheels, and 761 pound feet of torque.
