Been going here for a couple of years. We get monthy wash and dry. They dry so fast may as well not even bother. I would rather wait a few minutes and have it wiped good. Last time we were there the front tire slopped off the track at the end of the wash. I asked the gentleman that was gonna wipe the truck why that happened. They were not busy. We were the only customer at that time. He seemed very irritated that I would as a question. He said it had nothing to do with the car wash we either didn't have the truck in neutral or had the emergency brake on. If he was annoyed that he thought we did something wrong just tell just nicely and we will not go it again. The truck was in neutral and eht emergency brake was not on. Later that day I pm the company and never got a response. We have had a monthly payment for at least 2 years. Done with them totally. I know you are short handed but not coming back.

With the highest option and an unlimited monthly membership, I cannot be any happier. For it not being a touchless car wash, I am very surprised that there is never any signs to prove it. They clearly take care of their equipment as good as they do their customers.

Great service unfortunately I missed the interior cleaning but the options on the receipt give me an option to get it done the next day
