Repair service expenses, had to stay home for 4 days because they will not give you a time for the appointment they say between 9 and 4pm is as close as they can get. Ordered the wrong part then charged me 14 dollars over the quoted price for the right part. Total 260.00 to replace oven door hinge.. My husband had to complete job because they didn't tighten the door and the oven handle was just flopping back and forth.

Jay and Rose Ann were very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and most accommodating. We purchased the Speed Queen TR7 Top Load Washing Machine. Excellent choice! Also, the gentlemen who delivered the washer were extremely courteous and very considerate of our house! Thank you All.

Bought a thousand dollar speed queen washing machine, ten weeks later it would not drain. I called David Gould to have it replaced. He said he would not replace it he would fix it. I was not satisfied with that. After arguing with David Gould he told me Gold's appliance would not do warranty work for me.

Great people! Great repair service! I have a front load washing machine that the lock mechanism broke and stayed locked! With all of my husband's vacation clothes in it! We were already scheduled for a repair but we're leaving for vacation within 15 hours and I need my laundry. The part for the machine had to be ordered so we were waiting. Christine completely understood my panic, as this was a Friday. The repair guys were not in the area but she called the owner and made arrangements for someone to come and unlock it for me! He also showed me how to continue using it until the part came in! No charge! They came the day after we returned from vacation and fixed it! I couldn't thank them enough for helping me out!! Above and beyond! I've already been recommending them!
