Very down to earth people. Their patience and helpful attitude made feel comfortable to enter the yard... The yard is clean and nicely organized and they pay out with fair market pricing

I took some scrap metal from around our camp that had been collecting over the years from various projects. The folks here were all very nice and helpful. I didn't expect much money, if any, for my scrap but got more than I anticipated. One of the employees jumped right in the back of my truck and did all of the heavy lifting to get me unloaded in about 5 minutes. This is where I'll go from now on to dispose of all of my scrap metal when I need to. It's a well run outfit with great people working there.

Currently we pay $5.25 per 100 lbs., and I would estimate you would receive $150-$180 for your Chevy Impala. We go by the weight only so we won't know for sure until we get a weight, but thank you for your inquiry. Bob's Auto & Salvage

Do you remove junk? For example I have a loveseat sized couch that has a sturdy metal frame. Would that be picked up?

Is aluminum bar with weld on it still considered clean alum

Luke Lucky | Aug 14, 2019
Bob's Auto & Salvage (Owner) | Aug 15, 2019

Your material would need to be visually inspected. Buying it as clean aluminum could depend on the amount of weld attached to it, and it could go either way depending on the how much you have in weight. Stop in and one of the yard personnel will be happy to answer that for you. Thank you, Bob's Auto & Salvage bobsautoandsalvage.com
