The order arrived incorrectly and when I tried to call them to change my order, what they did was treat me rudely and apart from how I told them that I wanted my delivery of what I ordered, the call was blocked, it is sad that one is a customer for a long time and I hardly have a problem and they treat one like that

I've been a customer to this location for the 4 years I've been at Xavier and I've had problems with it since day one. Unfortunately, this is the closest place to campus that is open late. Terrible customer service and seems like most of the employees could care less about the customer. Ordered a pizza over an hour before close tonight and never received my pizza and was told it was out for delivery after calling an hour into the wait. I will be making a complaint to corporate tomorrow morning because I'm so hungry/mad. UPDATE: After an hour and 45 minute wait I received a cold, burnt pizza with no apology or compensation for this poor service, not to mention it just tastes awful. Tried to be nice and polite, tried to be assertive and direct, but now I'm still just hungry/mad.
