Quite possibly the worst Taco Bell in the area. Take the time to go to the Red Bank Rd location instead. The staff were friendly at least, which is a welcome change for this location.

Horrible Service. Waited in line and no one said anything on the speaker for 5 minutes. Beeped my horn politely and said hello but no one responded. After pulling up to the window, the girl looked at me like I was confused and as I pulled around, another girl was smoking outside. Not the first bad experience I’ve had here, will definitely be my last

Worst experience I ever had at a taco bell. Was in the drive thru for 45 minutes. We couldn't just leave the drive thru because it's built where you can go around the car in front of you. And you just can't back up. After waiting 45 minutes our food was cold. At least the food they remembered to put in the bag. We didn't get our whole order. But, by this time we didn't even care. We will never go back there again. And I will tell everyone never to go there and I have a lot of followers on Facebook and tic toc and the gram.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. Chicken from kfc was good but priced incorrectly. Staff was pleasant but didn’t listen. Tacos were cold and taco salad was missing meat all together. Basically visiting here was a HUGE fail. Won’t happen again, but huge shoutout to Lee’s Chicken just up the street which is super solid.
