Warning. This is not a “real” Starbucks. I was told that I couldn’t redeem my Starbucks rewards because they are a franchise. Are you serious? They also don’t have the normal Starbucks Wi-Fi. Will not come here again.

The lady and the counter was horrible! I scanned my Starbucks app and she said something happened and scanned it agin and I still didn’t receive points for my order!! When I asked if it went through she had an attitude!! Don’t recommend this Starbucks

7:30 to 1 pm! They open late and close early. No drive through. Why? I understand that they developed it so that they could take care of the community that it's developed for. But for the some of us who are not Xavier students I was supposed to be able to enjoy it?

Unmetered parking spots have either a 15 minute or 2 hour limit. I have not seen a unlimited parking spot, unless you are lucky enough to find street parking.
They are supposed to open at 530 am... But the times change during the fall. Call and say something to management. They may compensate you with a credit.
