Very overpriced, can buy brand new stuff for less at Walmart. Very disappointed with this store as usually Salvation Army is my favorite place to shop and make my paycheck go farther. Also lady was super rude when I asked if they do a Veterans discount. She seemed almost offended that I would even ask and told me they definitely don’t do senior or military discounts. Geez sorry I asked. Guess helping addicts is a go but asking if you help vets or seniors is offensive...

Why don't you guys fix the time on your website? Says you open at 9 but really it's 10.

EDIT: Over the last few months the Salvation Army has went down hill dramatically. The prices are almost brand new. You can easily get anything they sell online from ebay or sometimes amazon for less money and the item will have at least a 30 day warranty. They have stopped taking donations that are even questionable. I had a nice coffee table and 2 end tables that did have just a few (less than 3 scratches). The guy taking donations said they wont take any of them. He also said that they are changing what they are taking for donations and hopefully getting better quality stuff for sale, but are going to be charging even more. This makes no sense to me, we want almost brand new items for free, then sell them for more than brand new prices and don't give any warranty for anything. This is not sustainable, nor does it help anyone that works there (everyone will be out jobs very soon) and it hurts everyone that can not afford a brand new item. Some furniture is better than no furniture. There are some people in Cincinnati that don't even have a couch or a chair or tables in their house and the salvation army used to be a wonderful alternative for very cheap. Now it is not any alternative for anyone, you can purchase most items new for cheaper. I love the salvation army for what they do, but they are starting to not help the needy and that makes me very sad. I truly hope they help out our less fortunate neighbors. Until then I can not change my rating. OLD REVIEW: I love shopping at the salvation army. They have all sorts of treasures. I have bought REAL Coach purses for the wife, and PS4 for me. Most everything works, but you should always try it out before you buy it. PS they hire people that can't get a job anywhere, and that want to work. The addition part of the building is a really great program that helps out a lot of people. So when you are looking for a shirt for $1.99 think of the great deal you are getting and all the people that you are helping along the way. PS tell Robin (the manager) that Jordan sent you and he will give you a big Hi Five!! PPS he really likes robin, batman and robin.
