It's ok if you need a quick wipe down of your car inside and out. That's about it though They're not completely thorough with the interior clean and they've stopped using the scents for your car at the end. Also the detail service they advertised on thier board isn't actually available. I've tried to get a detail service 3 times and all 3 times I was told no or come back the next day. Theyre pretty quick though. 10-15 min

Do NOT go here for anything other than a simple wash. I called yesterday asking about getting my seats shampooed / cleaned. The person who answered told me to come in today at 9 and "we'll take care of it." After taking the morning off work I get there at 9 only to be told (by the same person I talked too on the phone, that they can't do it because they don't have the people. No apology for lying. No offer to schedule in the future. Just a dismissive no. Ownership must have changed recently because the quality of customer service and quality of the wash has plummeted. If you like being lied to, talked down to, dismissed, and have your time wasted come here. Otherwise find literally anywhere else.

The amount of time they spend on the car is directly proportional to the traffic and I have had better job done at times and not great job at other. Their prices do not do justice to the kind of work I find they did when I insect the car. I asked for some detail work and they have bene telling me that service is not offered. The supervisor for intake does not know when it will be available. In fact I do not think they care. I have brought both my cars several times over the past few months, I am looking for a better place.

Better than most high end spots in the bay...they took their time... Did a great job... And I bring even my cars with special paint to them
