Nice views, shallow shoreline, warm water, convenient parking lot, not crowded, disabled parking, public bathrooms, best of all "NOT Dogs allowed "! All it needs it's just rinse area for the sand & sea water smell. Other than that ; a sweet family spot...😃👍

Alameda is a small town near Oakland. It does have ferry service from San Francisco and Oakland. Bus service is also available from Oakland and San Francisco. This festival is well organised. Kids friendly. Best for family outing. You can see creative art work. Picnic tables are also available. There is a huge parking lot. Less than half a mile distance you can find dog park and a play ground. Shady area is nearby. Clean washrooms and water fountain is nearby.
