I've never had an easy time here. They never receive my orders. Or they lose them. They never answer the phone either. Its just a nightmare every single time. Very rude staff, they don't want to help.

They NEVER have my prescription ready when they say or they misplace it. The staff is condescending and they act like they don't care.

Pharmacy staff are completely and utterly incompetent. Called a week before I moved to the area and talked to the Rph on staff and I was advised after giving him ALL my info and him pulling me up in the system that there'd be no issues filling any of my refills from Columbus after my move. Well, a week later and I'm without a CRITICAL maintenance medication for days, without knowing what was going on. Wasn't until I drove over in person I found out they said they couldn't fill it and would need a brand new RX from the Dr. Well, long story short, 24hrs more later and I don't even know how many urgent phone calls and messages on my own, my doctors office finally was reached and fixed the issue. I am going to find a different Kroger or maybe a different pharmacy altogether. This has been a major PITA and not to mention physically painful. Never again.
