The front desk lady was so rude to us. Yes I understand you’re doing your job and you have an age policy, but being rude about it was completely unnecessary. She ruined our whole day. I hope she didn’t take out her anger on us for something that happened earlier to her. Definitely not coming back to this rude disgusting place.

Absolutely do not recommend. Took my kids 9 and 11 to skate on a Wednesday. We were there maybe 25 min before I was done with the charade that was going on. If you’re going to have workers on the skating floor they need to wear a vest or something that makes them stand out. My son stopped at the wall cause I was trying to tell him we were leaving. It was too unorganized and chaotic in there. They yelled at him for stopping. However other people can misuse the walkers, throw themselves all over the floor, hold onto and skate on the wall, be out on the floor in shoes holding babies and helping other small kids skate. So I politely walked up to the counter asked to speak to the manager. She came over I explained my issue and that I’d like a refund. She seemed to not care what my issues were, no apology etc but did give me a refund. As we were leaving they finally decided to make an announcement about “rules”

Nice place for the kids to play and skate. Music is eh. You aren’t allowed to skate backwards and we spent 6 hours at the rink with no games being played for the kids. It wasn’t busy. I think they focus more on the attractions and less on the rink. If you want to solely enjoy your skating experience I suggest beechmont rink.

Came here for a birthday party. Never knew this was here. They have bounce areas and room rentals available for parties. I would not recommend this place UNLESS you are here for a party as it appears a bit secluded. Not sure how much business they get, but it was ok for the kids. There's not much area for seating. They have a few picnic tables inside where you can sit, if the area is not already is use by an unpaid party. Kinda like the open tables at Chuckie Cheese. Not sure how many kids come for open jump or if that's even an option. The entrance is not easily visible from the street as it's located in the plaza. The bathrooms were in an area that doesn't appear safe for a child to go alone (unless they're a teen). Even then, I'd be wary. They offer character interaction, limited to their discretion. The party we attended was Super Hero themed and SUPERMAN appeared and stole the show! All the kids loved him and roughed housed him. He stayed professional and went right with the flow. The BIRTHDAY WAS EXTREMELY EXCITED and after watching all the interaction the parents were just as excited as the children. We really enjoyed the party. It was AWESOME!

Great place, gives skating lessons Saturday mornings
Free to get in. You pay for the activities separately, skating for an allotted time period is one price, lazer tag is another, the arcade games are prepaid card operated, rock climbing has a fee. Ropes course. You can pay for all the activities with the prepaid card if enough funds are uploaded. Except skating I believe. Everything can also be purchased as packages, I take my kids several times a year.
Yes. Wednesday night's 930-1230 am
Sunday is a good day to go. It's less crowded.
Yes but I still believe there is a curfew time for that age. I think it's like 11pm or so. I know when I was 14 it was that time. Could also depend upon the area you live or are currently in. Just be safe.
From like 10፡30 till 2:00 from my experience
Its against the rules to walk with the kids but they usually don't bug fat patents walking their kids do put on a few pounds lol
Yes you can but need toe stops or plugs which you can purchase there
