Every year, twice a year, I call All About Flowers from New York City to get flowers for my mother (birthday and Mother's Day). I am asked how much I want to spend, I tell them, and I ask that some of the flowers smell nice & some last a long time. Those are my only two requirements. And every time, my mother is stunned at how amazing they do with the arrangement. This has now been going on for over a decade, and my mother is always overjoyed with the arrangements. I only see them after the fact, I trust them, and they are indeed beautiful. There was one time that the delivery driver could not find my parent's address (and honestly, the house is hard to find). The owners went out of their way & personally delivered the flowers when the delivery person returned. I was impressed. I'm always impressed. They do great things with flowers & bring a lot of happiness to my family. I cannot recommend them more. Five stars and then some. -Todd

Paid free flowers delivered to the wrong church for a funeral. The address was given but they said they went under the obituary and took them someplace else. After years of buying things from them I’ll never go back and will not recommend them. Horrible service.

my father and brothers surprised me with flowers on valentines day, i called to thank him and he said “did u get the bear and candy too?” he paid around $125 for the package and i only received the flowers. i called 3 different days during business hours and they never answered, left a msg and never got a phone call back. doo not order from here. also they spelled bothmy brothers name wrong on the card smh.

We had a terrible experience with this florist. We didn’t get what we ordered. When trying to contact the florist, no on returned our call. We ordered all teal flowers. There were artificial flowers in vases. The flowers were all wrong. There wasn’t a corsage for the mother of the bride or the mother of the groom. We ordered flowers for the wedding cake 200$ worth. They were missing some of the brides bouquet was missing her blue flowers she ordered. We spent a great deal of money on flowers and received very little in return. Truly disappointed in this florist. Took the money and ran. Don’t trust this florist to do a good job. Don’t waste your money.
