This year in particular they made an extra effort to include a specialty item I requested and still deliver the baskets the next day. Everyone was thrilled with the high quality treats and beautiful presentation, and I deeply appreciate the exceptional customer service. Delivery right on time. Actual flowers do not match the picture. Fix was to take 10% off, and advice was, "Don't order by the picture next time. State exactly what colors you want."

This florist shop is awesome...I made several mistakes where to have flowers/plant sent to my aunt....They were very patient with me and made sure delivery was on time as scheduled....I now have a "one stop shop" florist that I'll use from now...until.......
