Haven't even been there yet but unable to reach staff to set up visit. My friend there as resident has nothing good to say and wants me to bring him food. That concerns me. This is a guy with a sunny disposition and never complains. Sounds like a job for the Southwestern OMBUDSMAN.

Facility reeked, my grandmother was not assisted in any way during her very short (thankfully) stay, and she was not given any medication as a post-surgery diabetic. They could not give her a wheelchair or even a walker. No one was at the desk, my grandmother had to get up after having open heart surgery to get find a nurse to get access to the facilty for the nurses sitting out side and to get her family inside because she demanded to leave after the lack of care at the facilty. Nurses were walking out as we arrived because no one was there to let them in the facilty, one being a hospice nurse who could not access her client. Updating my review to provide a follow up from the Ohio department of health incident ID 8G7G11. The findings indicate this place is so much worse than I thought.
