I was visiting a family member the staff is Neglectful, lack of empathy towards residents, works on their own time, not in a timely manner for the care of the residents. Never answer the call lights or it takes hours. Staff has been rude, horrible place. Higher better people

The gross neglect my relative recieved at this place cause death!! I would not recommend this place for anyone you care about. It good great but the staff is completely neglectful of basic needs. Meditation was not given correctly. Meal supplements not given which caused starvation. Bed sores duet. Patient laying in dirty wet to patientn being properly turned or care for. Crystal and calls for pin meditation ignored for hours. Staff will enter room turn off call light but nit address need fir r5 to 170 minutes later. Calls to compliance are returned and addressed with solutions. But it's only words the neglect continues. DO NOT ALLOW YOURSELF OR ANY ONE YOU CARE FOR TO BECOME VICTIM TO THIS PLACE OF NEGLECT. There are several other reviews that note simular situations.

A beautiful building and ground with wonderful dining room and activities rooms Cover Up Horrific Neglect of its Residents!!! The staff conmucates well and management is quick to respond to concerns. However, the words never cause action or patient relief. The have allowed a close friend to almost starve to dead because the refused to assist with meals or give a nutritional shake. Food trays are drop off and picked up. If a patent needs assistance they will not assist.ðŸ’ĶðŸ’ĶðŸ’ĶI can't stop crying over the suffering going on at Indian Springs.

This is not a place of caring it is a Gross Neglect! Anattentive Staff, patient calls for help are consistently ignored or not responsed to for over 45 minutes. The overall health and well being of residents is severely compromised due to neglect! The life of my family has been compromised and may have fatal results. Please avoid this place. I have observed patient screening for assistance and no staff immediate response. The culture here is to ignore immediate needs and only attend to patients at scheduled time. Patients are left soiled andwet which has caused extreme infections and bed sores and exellerated death... This is common! An actually documented incident. Waiting over 2 1/2 hrs for a patient call button to get a response. Push the button and light went on at 8:42pm it's 9:50 pm.and still no response. It appears this is normal. Smh I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If possible I would rate it in negative numbers. I've talked to manager and compliance about this but the problem continues. Nurse came in at 9:54 for to give routine meditation. told her what is needed, she said she would tell the aide, turned the light off. Now the wait for resolution continues..at 11:05 found nurse and 2 aides talkingin hallway, told them it had been over 2hrs, with reluctance they enter room and start to resolve the issue...finally at 11:19 situation is resolved. Over 2 1/2hrs
