Took my 5 year old granddaughter there. We looked at sheep & lambs, & 1 white goat with brown ears. We watched them unload cows, heifers, calves, & many pigs. We went upstairs to see where they conduct the auctions, but we were too early for that. We had to go home for lunch & preschool.

If the animals are from the Amish don't purchase, every animal purchased from them have been sick. We have had very high vet bills or the animal died prior to an appointment. Heart breaking 😞

This is a can't miss spot for tourists if you want to get a feel for the local flavors that make up Amish Country. If you can make it to a Machinery sale, or swap meet, you'll find a wonderful variety of vendors, buyers, livestock, equipment, and a sense of community that is difficult to put into words. The locals that show up here are some of the best people on earth, and the Kidron auction is always entertaining, no matter what's selling.

Came here several years back. As a tourist I found this place and this town to be most fascinating. Very friendly, lots to see and the auction/ market was terrific. Would love to go back some day.
