Auctions fair prices, but pick up was so easy with all the help.

Went to this auction with 5 buddy’s of mine, was having a good time until the auctioneer changed to a younger guy “ in the doors and Window section” as I was waving my card for the auctioneer too see me “ because he was only focused on one side of the room” he turned to me and said “ if you keep waving your card at me I’m going to ask you to leave. So my 5 buddies and myself went and paid our bill and left the place and will never return. Completely uncalled for and unprofessional.

This should be a warning to anyone bringing their property to Gregory and associates. I took furtniture over in good faith to sell. I filled out a form with all of my contact info. Unbeknownst to me, I was left a message at my Home indicating some items were not sold and to let them know how to dispose of them. I called to pick up my items the following day but when I arrived, I was told my items had already been disposed of. And they were going to charge me an additional fee for doing so. This is an auction house not a consignment shop. There was no time frame given for me to pick up. Obviously they need this furniture more than I do. It is a poor business practice not to allow time to come pickup items. I was under the impression my items would be sold like a normal auction. I am considering taking this to small claims court. BEWARE!!!
