I won an auction online to have an item shipped. When I received my invoice it had the wrong shipping address. I immediately replied with the correct address (early am before the item shipped). I never received a reply nor any shipping invoice. Thankfully Dale called to see what happened, although it was a month after the auction had ended. Dale did everything in his power to make it the situation right, as the shipment had been sent to the wrong address even though it had been updated. Thankfully, the shipment was returned to sender and Dale make sure to get it into my hands. It took a while but was worth it, thanks you Dale and Mishler Auctions for working with me and getting everything taken care of!
