Friendly and honest service. Brought a bucket of paint that we weren't sure was any good anymore. The gentleman at the front desk immediately offered advice on how to tell if the paint is good, went and mixed it up and made sure it was still good for us!!

I want to highlight 5+ Star “Vee Noch”, paint/color advisor at the Lakewood location for her professionalism, expertise, kindness and patience with helping my family select the paint colors for my mom’s house. We started down one path and my sisters were not satisfied with the exterior colors. I met with Vee once and went back and forth via email and several phone conversations, in which Vee always demonstrated the same positive energy, professionalism and kindness during every interaction. During our first meeting Vee completed a layout/collage of everything I emailed her and explained why she recommended certain colors for the style of the home. The project starts next week and my family and I are excited and confident that we made the right color choices and we owe our thanks to Vee. Thank you Vee!

Went in today to buy product and they had one cashier working and the Manager and two other assistants ignored me and went to the back and just talked Two other customers came in and they did not give us the courtesy to say someone would be able to help in a few minutes. They could have helped but no they were to busy to stop and help as they just kept talking. I left and Went to Loews to buy my paint and do not plan on returning again!

This place is very clean. I walked in about 10 minutes before they closed on a Saturday and I was greeted with a smile, the gentleman took my order and had me out of there in 10 minutes. The man that mixed my paint was very pleasant. He even made sure I had everything I needed to open the can and mix it up with. I am more than happy to make my way over to this location for my paint needs. They have a huge selection of quality paints and all of supplies needed to do a paint job. Thank you for a pleasant experience.
