I had recently bought tires from a different shop but my alignment was off and destroyed my tires. Marcos set up me and I was in and out in 1hr. Their team rocks. Was able to make an appointment the very next morning of puncturing a couple of tires. Marco was super communicative and pleasant to work with. 4 tires changed and an oil change in less than 90 minutes. This is deff my new go-to !

I came in on a Friday appointment with an 11 am appointment to get two leaking tires checked. The technician told me that they didn't have a working compressor and they were behind but to "just be patient and we will get to your car." They also took down all my info including phone number and he told me he would call when the car was done. I milled around for an hour and a half and then came back. My car had not moved out been touched at all. I went to front desk and a more senior technician told me that they could not help me today because their compressor was not working. I asked why they did not tell me up front that they could not help me, or why not call me and let me know that the car could not be serviced. He incorrectly stated that they had called and left a message; that never happened. Sometimes equipment breaks down and I understand that. But they should have the decency to call the customer and notify them ASAP. They failed to value my time as a customer. I would never go back.
