Customers service is the worst. Twenty minutes to finally get someone answer your phone. Then made mistakes that scheduled you at a Kaiser office in the nowhere. Then you had to make millions of calls to find out. Don’t know if they will charge you for not showing up at the nowhere appointment yet.Terrible

I cant speak for all departments at this specific location, but it feels like my personal interaction with most of the staff (doctors, nurses, reception, etc) has been terrible. A lot of them suck at their jobs. My boyfriend and I both work in healthcare and are appalled at the quality of service and lack of education that the employees at this location have. Its borderline criminal. Who's doing the hiring here? They should be fired asap. Its just ridiculous. My recommendation is to travel elsewhere for your healthcare needs. There are better quality options at other locations.

My doctor was great: communicative and easy-going. I'm nervous of blood work (and have had unpleasant experiences in the past), but I felt fine here. They went above and beyond in making me feel comfortable: lay me down, gave me juice, talked to me during the procedure to distract me. Bonus: this place doesn't have that strong "hospital smell"

Great kaiser facility. Mon-Wednesday is very busy. Go Thursday. I was pleasantly surprised to find that i was the only patient in the radiology department and got my x-ray done in seven minutes. If you time it right, you could meet your doctor, complete exams, and get meds all within an hour + (for me) $0 co-pay. Kaiser rules!

This clinic only opens Monday through Friday.
Can I get flu shots at San Mateo office
No. The closest ER would be redwood city or south city kaiser
It opens at 7 am
Yes, you can go to any Kaiser and your information will be in their system. I have had blood drawn near work but live near San Mateo, everything was fine for my doctors.
Yes. Your therapist will do phone contacts.
Can I get blood drawn for testing at the San Mateo location if my doctors office is at the south city location....will they forward the results to different localities?
Yes they have a small radiology department
8:00 am-7pm
Hi Margaret, I am a registered nurse who works at San Mateo, who happens to use Google :) Here are the details I am passing on: Unfortunately there is a nationwide shortage of Shingrix and Kaiser does not anticipate getting any until possibly late 2019. Sorry for any inconvenience!
No but Redwood City ER and urgent care is.
