Switched to spectrum.. they made my phone unusable.. 7 days and many hours of work later they offered $100 compensation (for a Galaxy 10e)? They certainly don't care for their customers or quality service.. When installing their SIM, spectrum entered the network switching key wrong 5 times. They were sorry and I was told to just talk to Samsung or AT&T to get the master code and reset it myself. After we spent hours, neither company could help us so I asked Spectrum to take care of it. 7 days without a phone, they couldn't solve the issue THEY caused and offered me instead of $200 now $250 dollar trade in for my fairly new Galaxy 10e and $50 credit towards my bill. Lesson learned.

This is what happens when a company has a monopoly in an area. Business accounts are awful, residential accounts are slow. We need competition in this area.

Everyone I have dealt with is very nice however the servers are based in California so ping is already high. I pay a lot of money for 1G internet and I have had these awful speeds and too much inconsistency. Highly recommend anyone else.

Worst experience I’ve ever had in my life with an internet provider. They scam you out of money, treat you like garbage and the wait times are astronomical. Spend your money where they’ll treat you with respect as a customer.
