I’m very upset I order a philly bundle box and 2 McChickens for my family not only I have to wait almost 30 minutes in line they forgot my nuggets and my 2 McChickens. I also have to pull up to the reserved spot for another 10 minutes. Just to make their service time better but their service was horrible

The person taking order at the drive thru was not professional or friendly. Was rushing at taking orders and cuts you off while you are speaking. And to top it off she doesn't listen well cause she got some of my order wrong. She needs more training in customer service

All employees but 1 or 2 are very rude.I've been coming here 2 times a week for about a month because I work nearby and they are always rude/dont tell me my food is ready. Today I placed an order through the app and they said I didn't pay. It charged my card and I didn't get my food.

Correct they only have like 2 crew trainers who apparently verbally abuse they employees. This McDonald’s used to be a great one but now it keeps going down hill. I saw this crew trainer who is blonde always on her phone I asked for my meal since i was getting a reply that it will take 5 minutes. I lasted there 25 minutes waiting for a cheeseburger and a small fry. She asked for my receipt and when I gave it to her she snatched it from my hand and gave me a dirty look. Not very customer service type of woman clearly. Then some nice man on the cashier had to step out of his position to finally give me the food. Then she tells him “To Not Move & To Stock Up” with a big attitude and he stood there cus he had many customers to attend too. Then she literally verbally abused him calling him many names in Spanish which I can’t mention here. I did call the offices but no one seemed to do nothing about this woman. I come there often and she still gives terrible attitude.
