When my friend picked up my online order for me my 3 orders of fries that I paid for we're not there. So I wrote someone on the McDonald's app and the very next day I had the Regional manager contact and call me and she fixed the problem right away and actually sent me her contact info through a text message so when I was able to go back and get either the 3 fries that were missing but I could get whatever I wanted that equaled out to that amount. They put on a brand new batch of fries for me and threw in some apple pies for me. I was VERY satisfied with how well my problem was handled and how quickly it was taken care of. Thanks McDonald's 😊

I can't say that this place is great. The food was prepared very below average. The fries were not salted properly, not to mention, they were barely warm. The quarter pounder was dry and the bun on the big mac was stale. I won't be returning to this McDonald's, since the only thing that was good was the drink that the machine prepared. I'm giving it 2 stars because they made the effort to actually give me all of my food, whether it was tasty or not.

It’s a real hit and miss at this place. I ordered on mobile which went fine. This time around I went to pickup inside. Got my food quick, which is great I didn’t wait long probably less than 5 minutes. But I got home to find one of the items missing. Ok, no problem, a little upset but I go back to get the missing item. Again, I told them the issue and they fixed it by getting one that was ready to go super quick. I bring it home to find the Big Mac wasn’t even done correctly. I’m not expecting picture perfect at all but it’s missing some items from it. One star for the missing food and one star for the lack of food. The people though were nice. I give them the fact that they’re busy with dine in, drive through, and mobile orders from all over the different platforms.

The hamburgers and cheeseburgers are always hot and made to order. The French fries are the best. The menu has really expanded over the years. The employees are fast and for the most part very friendly. The counters are always being cleaned and the bathrooms are pretty clean. The drive thru moves pretty fast. There's plenty of parking and is wheelchair accessible as is the door way.
