They had an entire end cap saying CLEARANCE 75% off… but they would not honor that on anything on the endcap and the clerk was very rude about it. Didn’t even attempt to make things right. Bathrooms closed for “major plumbing issues” probably meaning they don’t want to clean them. Skip this CVS. Highly disappointed.

The front counters get very crowded with the way the displays are setup in front of the registers. They should have more self checkout available.

This review is about the CVS website's failure to correctly schedule my vaccine booster shot. Three different times, twice in Sedona and once in Phoenix, I went through all the steps to schedule a Moderna shot, only to have my appointment confirmed for a Pfizer shot. I selected Moderna whenever asked, yet the website kept giving me an appointment for Pfizer. No alert, no warning that it changed the vaccine, nothing. If I had missed this detail, which was in regular text on a screen with lots of other information, I would have gone in for the incorrect booster shot. I called the store to be told that they didn't have Moderna shots. I wasted over an hour during the three attempts, only to come up empty handed. I give my business to organizations who do a better job with health related matters.

I love this CVS. It’s the only pharmacy I use and they are always helpful. The store is newer than most CVS’s and nice layout. I am glad it’s here in Sedona! (And there’s is even an incredible view of the red rocks from parking lot LOL)
