Gotten pups from all over the world, and AA is always a breeze to deal with. They won't hire me and I have applied soooo many times, because I just love the service...lolol

There was a mixup of paperwork and they thought I was another lady with two cats. I was told that I was too late and needed to book another flight. After they realized their error they were very helpful and transferred my pets in time to make their flight. They flew from San Francisco to Charlotte and then to Little Rock without incident. AA needs to update its computer to exclude Sacramento to Memphis. I had to drive 3 hours to San Francisco for drop off and my son had to drive 3 hours to Little Rock for Pickup. Finding the AA cargo office and warehouse was a nightmare especially when it was pitch dark and raining. Someone needs to give more detailed instructions.

The cargo area to pick up such precious things as your pet looks like the waiting room to HELL with the staff looking like they had little concern for anything. After waiting for almost 1 hour I then found out that my dog had been waiting in another area as if he were simply a package while I was sitting still waiting for his arrival.
