I have been searching for an RV for a long time for my son and I. I had a budget and when I found this unit and got in contact with Robert he was so nice, quick and efficient in getting me all specific information, pictures and pricing to me asap as I would be coming from CA. We came to perfect deal and for me to drive out from CA I couldn't have been happier how this turned out. From the second my son and I walked through the front door we were very welcomed by Robert along with a very unique and beautiful environment and showroom. From start to finish nothing but humble kindness from all. Completely felt like not just a transaction but made sure we were SO well taken care of by the owner and I couldn't have been more thankful. We did a thorough walk thru with Kris whom was so patient with my questions. Now Mike, who also first welcomed me with Robert, was who delivered my unit. The time, kindness and care of my unit was most definitely above and beyond. He took the time making sure I was set up once we got there. He was a pleasure to work with. Jeff in finance was so kind to both myself and my son along with everyone in the shop. This is obviously an amazing group of people and place to do business with I recommend Little Dealer Little Prices in Prescott Valley, WE LOVE OUR LIL FIFTH WHEEL! THANK YOU ALL ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

Just wanted to thank Salesman Craig for his help in finding a new trailer. I have trouble remembering names so when he introduced himself as “Craig, the guy with an egg (as he’s pointing to his “Husky” body)” I knew we off to a great start! His acceptance and interaction with my handicapped daughter was a delight to see. We ended up buying a beautiful trailer (that was also available at another dealer in town) because of my trust in him. I highly recommend the dealership and especially Craig (ask for him specifically cause the salesmen are obviously on commission).

We purchased our Shockwave in November 2020 and gave a good review of that experience. By January 2021 we needed several repairs and scheduled a drop off 2/12. They told us it would take same time to get to it so we set our expectations. They were good about letting us know the status when we called in 3/26 but the whole process took until 5/14/21. By July we need to schedule service again for a multitude of issues. We scheduled the drop off 8/9/21. We were patient knowing it would take a while but when we stopped in to check on it 10/1 it was clear they had not even looked at it. We called to check on it 10/11 they did not know but called to let us know the work had been submitted to the manufacturer for warranty approval the next day. Parts were ordered 10/28 and received 11/3 but the installation was not scheduled until we stopped in again to check 11/22 (because we can’t get people on the phone). The best part is when they realized they dropped the the ball again they still made us wait our turn for the tech to install the parts and make all the repairs which included a window leak ?? and there was never an admission of error or even an apology. When we picked up our trailer 12/6 there was a sign posted in the service area to be nice to them and being Christian we complied. They had our trailer for 7 out of 12 months in 2021. ☹️
