Received the worst customer service of my life today without exaggeration. A girl named Steph/Stepy was beyond rude and so unhelpful to me for no reason when trying to make a return. Her responses were snappy, short and filled with so much attitude. She was so unhelpful when I was trying to get answers about my return and did not want to help me, I’ve never experienced anything like it. I was being nothing but nice to her, and I still continuously received poor, snotty treatment. The worst part is she was training someone to top it off. Someone so rude and bad at their job should be fired and surely not allowed to train people. I also wanted to see if anyone else experienced the same treatment as me and sure enough I saw two bad reviews written about her on yelp so I’m not sure why they still allow this toxic, disrespectful person to work here. H&M WC do better than her please!

How can you close an hour early then normal time. Online it says they close at 9pm and i was there at 7:30pm. Also, the light skinned girl cashier associate: 871519 with glasses very rude while I was making return. This happened July 1, 2022. No customer service skills at all !!

Great selections. Some of the best styles are at this store. Large location. Well staffed but not much help out on the floor.

Overall the clothes are good but they always close earlier than the store hours imply. they close half an hour early every time and I honestly don’t know why.
