My husband and I just finished a four day hike to the bottom of the Grand Canyon so were looking forward to a nice rest in a solid bed. We arrived tired at the Dine Inn Motel at 8 pm to be met with a man at the reception who could not care less whether we stayed there or not. He was the most miserable person we had met on our three months travel in the US. He did not respond to greetings and hardly communicated or was prepared to. Until then we found all people on our journey extremely helpful and friendly, including the natives except this one. When we asked for WiFi as we wanted to check for messages from loved ones, he refused us the use of WiFi. He said he had three accounts but other people were already using WiFi. He also said if we did not like the situation he could refund us the money and we could go elsewhere! This is not what I would call hospitality. If the people, natives or not, who are running this place do not really want to do it then should let someone who does take care of the place. This is a hospitality business after all which requires good mannerism that can be taught. I shall make sure that I inform the authorities about this place and their right to a licence. Incidentally, the bed we slept in had a hollow in the middle and we could not get comfortable in it all night, in the morning I woke up with the worst back ache ever! All the places we had stayed in all had firm double matresseson the beds except this place!

We found multiple hairs on the bed that went through the sheets, toilet seat was too small for the toilet, no actual food being served. Only good parts was that it smelled clean and there was a sonic and subway within walking distance

Completely fine. It's clean, has everything you need for a basic overnight stay. Beds are comfortable. Also, everything seems quite new, I assume this place has been renovated recently. Also, there's a Sonic across the street and a Denny's around the corner.

My one night in room 104 was clean, minimalistic but comfortable. Some observations: 1. Bathroom was clean and functional with a shower only (no tub) and a hair dryer. 2. The TV was too small for it's viewing distance. 3. Bed was comfy for me but I can sleep in a car. 4. There was no chair at the desk. 5. The light at the desk had a broken switch so it gets unplugged to turn off. 6. The outside is dumpy with a dirt parking lot but the room's interior was decent. Your car parks on a concrete section right in front of the room which is convenient. 7. The front desk person was friendly. But then I find that humans are pretty much the same everywhere, engage them pleasantly and you'll get the same back. 8. It was half as much as the much nicer hotel accross the street. It's a decent value for the money.
