Rude staff, blood stains on the beds, needles, cigarette burns everywhere. Locks were broken, lights were burnt out, crackhead were wandering everywhere. Definitely not the same photos as shown on the travel sites. Asked for a refund and was denied. They take your identification, photocopy it, and post it on the peg board at the front of house. If you ask me, it’s an identity risk. This place is also an absolute health risk for all parties. I have full intentions of speaking to the necessary health departments and law enforcement.

Booked and paid extra for a smoking room but got a non smoking room. Walked into the room and smelled mildew. Carpet is dirty and stained, holes in the walls with metal tabs just painted over, command hooks on the walls that are painted over, pillows brown from dirt/sweat, holes in the walls, window air conditioner rigged into the wall with a box built around it, tv don't work, no handle on the microwave and when getting it open it looked as if something was burnt in it and not cleaned, tub in the bathroom is dirty and the shower head coming off the wall, tub is swollen and has gaps between the wall and tub, ants all over the bathroom. Would not recommend to anyone.

Would give it a 0 if I could! As a 2 star hotel you would think customer service would be top notch! Unfortunately you have some employees running the show who have control and anger management issues. I will get back the money I was wrongly charged so I'm not worried about it. But the owner of this hotel should be.

Booked a room for 1 night off agoda price was $39.85 so I put it on the card and it was confirmed. Got to the hotel within 30 minutes and was rudely told there's a $100 deposit WHICH is not listed on the booking sites I should have been able to pay the $39.85 online then the taxes of $5.85 at the property just like I was directed to do when booking! Nothing about a deposit was shown and I've used this app several times and it always shows a price breakdown including any upfront deposits! You guys need to update your booking sites and give ur front desk workers proper training in communication!
