I was visiting the new development in the chaparral Terrace area they have three bedroom homes brand new stick built for under $250k The community is gated they have some pretty great plans for the future with parks and a pool coming soon. Played the course yesterday. The greens were great but the fairways need a lot of work. They really need some water on the course to get the fairways in shape. We had a good time.

Green feels run about $20 plus. Don't know about club rental
when I was there I didn't see a driving range. one isn't listed on their website. so...I'll have to say no.
