They let us know upfront that several cooks and staff called out sick and service would be slow. Knowing that upfront we had patience and were appreciative of the service we received. When we got our food arrived it was hot and good. We definitely appreciated the staff that showed up for work

Worst breakfast ever! Pancakes were cold and hard, I asked for over medium eggs they came runny, my hashbrowns were burnt to a crisp. I'm being generous with 2 stars because the coffee was good and so was the waitress. Won't be eating there for a long while.

If there was a lower rating I would give it. Our 1st clue that things were going to be less than normal was we were told there was a 10 minute wait. No problem, but I noticed half the tables were empty (hmmm). In we go and sit and order. Two Senior BLTs, two side salads, a coffee and a tomato juice. Coffee and juice came right away so false sense of security. The reason the tables were empty was because they weren't bussed. Our salads came and the lettuce was a few days old, but we're not complainers. 30 minutes later I finally asked about our BLTs. The server said she would check on it (I know, we should of left). BLTs arrive 15 minutes later and we discover there is no T in the BLT. We call the server over and point this out. She says they have no tomatoes. At this point we finally say enough. Just bring our bill for what we had and we'll be on our way (yes, we wanted to at least pay for the coffee, juice and 2 side salads). Off she goes and comes back with the BLTs with dried tomatoes on them (The look on or faces told it all). She brings a bill that is at least $10.00 more then what we actually had and says she did us a favor. This is the 2nd restaurant in 40 years that we walked out of without paying. There were a couple of other tables that left too. Do not go to IHOP in Bullhead City.
