I just love this particular albertsons. I've been coming here for years. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. I like the layout of the store and also that there's a Starbucks inside!

Albertsons What can I say? Good staff great products. Only one thing I can't recommend the Bakery. I ordered a cake for my daughter's wedding asked them just to do Mr. & Mrs. on the cake easy. Wrong they put Mrs. & Mrs. I was mortifying my new son in law was great about it. But still. They obviously were not listening to me.

This is my go to Albertsons for many years. Unfortunately, I’ve had several negative experiences from poor attitude cashiers to not being able to get assistance. Recently I’ve had the best experience. Sounds silly but true it is. What an asset Sharon O. is to Albertsons. My aunt is on a fixed income and budget. On a recent shopping trip , we had an issue with the Albertsons app not applying discounts. In my attempts to resolve the issue, the line was increasing . Although the discount was significant, I decided to forego it to avoid frustration from other customers. Sharon O wasn’t having it. She suspended the transaction and offered guidance. Her patience, kindness and understanding helped resolve the issue without incident. Thanks to her superb customer skills, my aunt had a savings of approx $33 which goes a long way when you’re on a fixed income. Sounds like standard customer service but thats just not reality. THANK YOU Sharon O. for such a pleasant experience. Keep on being you!
