I had been researching CTS for weeks when I found DrJurbala and his innovational approach on CTS surgery. Wow, I mean why would you have it done any other way. I had surgery 4 days ago, the numbness, pins and needles are gone. I am very grateful to Dr Jurbala and his team for their service and getting me in so quickly. I will be going back shortly to have the other hand done. Pat Severe CTS BC Canada

It's been almost three years since my surgery. I'm still pain free. I don't have enough space to talk about how much more affordable Dr. Jubala is over the traditional surgery, so I'll stick to the most relevant for my life; no more pain. I have been referring this place every since my procedure and I see many reviews complaining about the wait time, but when your life has been compromised by pain, and the pain is so extreme that you can't enjoy simple pleasures. Then, you find a Dr. that has been blessed with the talent to heal you; I'm sure you'd find it was worth the wait. I'm still pain free, I have been able to hold babies, and help the elderly during the COVID crisis. I am so greatful to Dr. Jubala. If you find time to complain about waiting in his office to be healed; ur probably not in enough pain yet; trust me there is a threshold of pain that will make you wait for death; but I'd much rather wait to be healed. Thank you Dr. Jubala and staff!!!!

Hope you don’t need information to submit for reimbursement. Seven weeks since I had carpal tunnel procedure completed in office. I am still waiting for a receipt so my health spending account won’t charge me.

Let me provide a little background information to help support my review. My family doctor referred me to a specialist to have an Electromyography test done to help address my hand and arm pain. Based on the test results I was diagnosed with bilateral carpel tunnel. My insurance carrier was billed several thousand dollars for this test. My doctor referred me to surgeon that could perform the surgery. His office insisted on a pre-surgery office visit, of which my copay was $173.00. They performed hand X-Rays for the surgeon’s review. The surgeon spent approximately five minutes with me letting me know that he would be performing. Endoscopic surgery. He suggested I have each hand’s surgery done on separate dates because my hands would be all wrapped up after surgery. So, I was going to have to pay twice, go under general anesthesia twice, arrange for transportation twice and have twice the recovery time. Working on a computer all day I was concerned about my recovery time interfering with work. Thus, I searched on Duck Duck Go for Carpal Tunnel surgery recovery times and stumbled onto “Carpal Tunnel Express.com. After reading through their web page, it sounded too good to be true. So, I searched and searched but just could not find any legitimate complaints about them. Therefore, I decided to make an appointment. I was told up front that due to excessive cancelations I had to pay a nonrefundable deposit of $200.00 and the balance would be due day of surgery and the total was under $3000.00. I was emailed a portal link and setup my patient information. Thus, to summarize I was going to get both hands operated on in one visit, without general anesthesia, drive myself both ways all for less than half of going traditional way. You do not have to be a “Rocket Scientist” to know which procedure I picked. I arrived for my appointment at 1:15pm and left at 5pm with my hand fixed. Yeah! While there they did their own evaluation of my hands including a sonogram. I was given a local anesthetic shot in both hands, then had to wait to take effect before surgery. Dr. Jurbala performed surgery on both hands in under twenty while talking with me the whole time. Only a fool would get this procedure done the old-fashioned way! 1st picture is after four days and second after six days. The surgical tape strips came loose on right hand, thus the longer healing time.
