A great place with knowledgeable and friendly/courteous staff. This place may charge a tad bit more than your standard oil change elsewhere, true, but the convenience and overall low time investment involved - along with the quality service - make it worth it. I have been there several times and will certainly return again in the future. Elizabeth was a great help - and funny! Awesome tunes, as well, as you wait - and bottled water. Highly Recommended!!!

Beth was our tech/sales. Got us fresh water and went above and beyond to offer us a second bottle. Got my oil changed with full-synthetic, will get my oil changed here before even the dealership. Great service, done fast.

When my car alerted me that I needed to get my oil changed, I stopped at take 5. They told me my oil was fine and sent me on my way. I started to smell oil as soon as I left and took my car to a different auto shop. When we lifted the hood up, they saw that Take 5 didn't put the cap back on so oil had been leaking everywhere. The employees were super nice but I have attached a photo for reference of what happened due to them not putting the cap back on.

the mechanic was in a bad mood and got worse when he saw that the oil cap is leaking. I told him to check his computer because there was the record that an employee of the same company damaged the thread, and the repair was not the best. when he opened the lid of the wiper water container it cracked and he never put it back. more oil shot over the engine. They never finished checking the air filter and they let it close properly. and all this because he had many cars in line and wanted to attend to them as soon as possible. the oil filter was not changed. Shawn, I appreciate that you recommend me to change the gasket of the oil pan!
