Was a good bank but not no more. Ever since i moved to Bakersfield ive had a few problems w this bank. Twice at 2 different branches take my atm card and. This time it took my money when it got jammed in the atm and no 24 hour customer service to complain and when i go in the branch later they gonna deny that machine took my money because it also didnt give me a reciept.
