last Monday (8/01)I called for a quote on a brake job on a Kia Soul. I spoke with Fred (I believe he is the Service Manager). He was able to give me a price range that depended upon the actual service necessary. While other places quoted me flat rates of nearly $1000 up to $1500 (mobile service) Fred took the time to go through the various options. I expected to pay around $510 but up to $800 if all four rotors need to be replaced. After they inspected the vehicle I was informed that only the front brakes needed service at a price of $255! Such honesty is rare and refreshing! Hats off to Fred who was efficient, courteous, personable and professional. Also, cheers to your whole staff! Thank you!!!

High quality service with mechanics and technicians that know what they are doing. All the employees up front and in the shop are outstanding. I'm very glad they are still around to service my cars. Thank you for your hard work. Also the new layout and store is very welcoming and comfortable if you have to wait there.

They had what I needed (injector cleaner - gas additive). The guys at the counter were cool, but very bored! Nothing against the guys sitting around when I was there, but after seeing the reviews, I would never go there for ANY sort of service to my vehicle. A few bad reviews are part of life - but, lots of similar negative experiences are much more than a coincidence. Pep-Boys overall isn't bad, but, maybe it's time to start over at this location.

I don't know who these lazy fks think they are but there is more of them in the reception area sitting around playing on the computers or their phones, then actually servicing the customers cars. If I was the owner of this particular location I'd fire everyone but the ones doing what needs to be done. 4 of the guys were in the customer area and I observed NOBODY working under any of the 6 cars. 5 bays were avail. LAZY USELESS EMPLOYEES. At 1:30 pm on a Friday they told me they were not taking any walk ins for an oil change. Fire everyone but the mechanics under the cars. They are lazy rude and wasting money.
