I was having problems getting into my new account/phone with ATT from switching from Verizon. Nothing was working, even after being on the phone with customer service for 30 mins. WELL, 30 mins into being helped by the staff at this store the “new phone” I was locked out of was being returned, a new phone, new account and phone switch was being done for me. Professional, as quick as could be and nice! Thank you!
