Very slow service at counter. Had issues with credit card reader so had to manually enter it. Kid had to enter mine 4 times to get it right. A lot of people working but only 1 person at counter even though 2 girls answering phones were not occupied. When I placed my order I had to repeat everything several times and when she read it back it was still wrong, I had to correct it. Food was ok. Was sitting ready for an extra 10 min because of people working counter so it was cold by the time we ate it.

My pizza came to me like this, the wings were not well done as I asked. I spoke with someone named Tristan (assistant store manager) & explain how dissatisfied with my order, he stated the wings were done to Marcos standard and there was nothing he can do to help. He continued to go on about the store standards. I did not get a offer of replacement, not an offer to bring the order back for a refund. Marcos is one my favorites, but the food has been slacking lately.

I work close to Marco's on Ironbridge Rd in Chester, VA. We order from there frequently. I have my co-workers HOOKED on the BBQ Chicken pizza even though they thought it would be gross. Whether take out or delivery, our pizza is always ready fast and is fresh, hot and delicious! Sauce and crust make the pizza for me and theirs are so good!! My dad even orders Marco's and he refused to eat pizza for over 30 years. I recently had a pizza party for my son's 3rd birthday and it would have been cheaper to get $5 pizzas from across the street, but it would not have been as delicious!!! I ordered about 15 pizzas and had them cut into squares (because that's an option on their website!). I called to give a head's up and the manager, Carl, assured me that it wouldn't be a problem. I got a call that our pizzas were about to be ready a bit before the appointed time. I sent someone to pick them up and they were fresh from the oven. They were hot and just as I ordered!!! They had even labeled the boxes so we knew which was which. I highly recommend Marco's pizza for pizza lovers! The prices are right and their rewards program is awesome. I frequently get $10 off coupons!
