I had the most wonderful experience at the site. The receptionist in the front and the one in the back was very friendly and courteous. Dr. Doctor, the Aide to the Doctor was fantastic. They treated me with the upmost respect. I will go the this site again. They make you feel like family. Anyone need to go the eye specialist. This is the place. Even the young that help with my glasses, he was awesome. Great People, Great Place.

VEI Optical Department (Ironbridge) is the worst I have ever dealt with. They ordered the wrong contacts and I had to wait another 2 weeks for the correct ones. When I go to pick them up I couldn’t get them because I didn’t have the wrong ones with me. Told them I had used some of them, they said I still had to return them. Made another trip to the office to return & pickup then they tried to say they told me not to open the wrong ones!!! I’m out of lenses what do you want me to do??? Never will I use Ironbridge location again for lenses!!!!!! If there was 0 stars I would have given that!!!!!

I was very pleased with my experience at the Virginia Eye Institute. Dr. Read Mcgehee is an excellent doctor,very intelligent,experienced,knowledgeable and thorough. His staff are kind and friendly too. I feel at ease when I visit Dr. Mcgehee,i know he will do all he can to help me. He has a wonderful bedside manner about him. Always glad to see you and friendly. I would highly recommend anyone to see him.

I love ironbridge Medical Center . I have been with them about 7 years.This is me and Dr. Risser. OMG, she is the best PCP doctor, I have ever met in my life. Her personality is lovely and warming. She is a beautiful person inside and out. I met her at a time when I was low and my health was in trouble. Not only did she straighten up my health problems, she really helped me see a more positive attitude toward my health. This dr is great.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
