I had a great experience visiting this store to grab my birthday rewards and a frozen drink. Employees seemed to love their job! I wish every store were like this!

Kristy Kreme had that light lit up, so we stopped to get some hot donuts. they had some new mixed berry donuts that looked good so we tried them and although I liked them, I just wasnt thrilled that it cost extra to try them out. they were individually like $1.80 or something like that, so it makes your dozen cost more. I tried it anyway, and they were pretty good. I still feel like the glaze donuts are the best no matter what.(especially hot out the oven) My only complaint was we came right at 6 when the hot light was on, but the cashier gave us donuts out of the case. I asked why and he went back and got me hot ones fresh out the oven.

Not only do we love these donuts, but they gave my daughter a free dozen because she was graduating. 🎓 What's not to love?!

You drive up to a busy drive through and decide to walk in, but then you see on the door “Lobby is closed.” Why is this? All other restaurants have reopened. In addition, online pickup is from the busy and very slow drive through. This is unacceptable!
