If I could leave 0 stars I would. Once it comes to messing with people's food , it becomes not only disturbing but disgusting. Came to get food for myself and my children. They are playing around on the microphones joking around instead of taking orders. We pulled to the window and ordered in person. I get my big mac, check it , luckily I did as there was a perfect bite taken out of the burger patty. I asked for a refund, they offered to remake me one. NO THANK YOU! I got my refund. Its just sad.... we will never return.

This has got to be the worst Mcds in the reading and surrounding areas. Super unorganized. You will have to wait minutes to even order , then long wait time for food. Plenty of employees but they are just standing around talking and laughing . They are constantly messing up orders . The whole place should be fired .

Terrible experience. Drive thru line barely moved. When I finally started my order I was cut off saying that they didn’t have what I wanted. This isn’t fast food. Customer service is awful. They’ve lost my business.
