Dude, it's Chick-fil-A.... always on point 👉. This one is also nice, clean all the usual Chick-fil-A'ness.

Avoid this Chick Fil A unless you want to wait for your food longer than you should ever have to wait for food from a fast food restaurant. This Chick Fil A does not come close to meeting the Chick Fil A standard. I visit this location occasionally when I come back home to visit family and every time expectations are not met. What prompted this review was having to wait 25 minutes for 2 milkshakes. I will be going to alternative places to eat at when I am in the area from now on. Something needs to change at this location.

I want to say I love Chick-Fil-A and everything they do in the community. They are usually the bright side of all fast food restaurants in their respective areas. This one...just isn't it. I've held off on reviewing this particular location, as we consistently have sub par experiences, but being so close to I-77 passer bys deserve to know this location is not going to meet the typical expectations that Chick-Fil-A come to manifest. This location is always slow. Granted it is always busy, however most locations are very efficient. This one is not. Last night was not particularly busy, but somehow I still spent 35 minutes in line. Fries cold, salad missing the dressing, and a completely absent chicken sandwhich that was ordered and paid for. The cashier was very unware and almost came across as rude. Not what i expect at all. I hope the powers at be see the problems that can be fixed and this location gets running in good order.

I love Chick-fil-A and I'm so glad that their dining area is open again. Give them a try and you can also experience the super friendly service with great chicken!

I would say excellent. They're only doing curbside and drive-through, plus they're utilizing their closed dining area space, as temporary, additional food prep area, so that they can physically distance staff and improve their safe food handling procedures.
