My wife and I were sick as dogs with a stomach bug and were dreading going in today. From the moment we walked in, the woman at the front desk was personable and kind. We only waited 10 minutes to be seen. The MA was professional. I cannot say enough about the physician we saw - Dr. McGregor. He was incredibly knowledgeable, listened, and answered every question we had. He even called to follow up on my work excuse letter and to see how we were feeling. Thank you El Camino for your highly professional and comforting care!!

I just want to say I've had very positive experiences with this clinic, and are a great alternative to the larger Urgent Care centers like PAMF if you have a minor health issue you need taken care of. They generally have more availability, they are very professional, polite, and in my experience and diagnosed me very quickly and sent out the door with medication, same day. In my case, I didn't even need to pick them up at the pharmacy, they had mine on hand. This place is a diamond in the rough. I just want to say I greatly appreciate their staff and services and I'm glad they're in operation.

This was the best experience I’ve had at the doctors in years. I went to two other urgent cares in the last two weeks to get treated for an allergic reaction to something I’m consuming. The first one I waited in for hours, to only be seen for about 5 minutes and charged over $100 for 3 days worth of medication and my visit and for my reaction to not only not go away, but to come back even worse. The second one sent me away because they were too busy and wouldn’t accept my insurance. I was literally in tears by the time I arrived at Carbon health and the woman at the front desk was amazing. She was extremely happy, told me step by step what was going to happen, and I waited for about 20 minutes before I was seen by an actual doctor who genuinely took the time to look at my reaction, talk to me about what I was experiencing and what could potentially be causing it, and writing me not only a prescription but also giving me a stronger allergy medication plus a medicated cream. I slept for the first time in weeks and woke up feeling healthy and happy again. She told me what to expect and what to avoid while recovering. My entire visit was under $100 and I received quality care. The woman at the front desk was also able to help me with recommending ways to find an allergist and told me to come back immediately without an appointment if I needed anything. I will recommend them to everyone I know and will definitely return whenever needed. 10/10 recommend.

I decided to try Direct Urgent Care when I was in more pain than usual due to my back, I didn’t want to have to wait a long time, so I liked you could make an appointment there and the staff was so nice when I arrived a little late and couldn’t print out the patient forms, so had to do them there. Oh, the doctor I had was wonderful, so nice and very thorough in her questions and in the directions she gave me for the medications. I really had a great experience there and there only about 5-10 minutes from my home and they take my Insurance! How awesome is that! This will be my new Urgent Care Clinic when/if I need one again!!
