Maintenance was out last week to correct a hole in my ceiling (that has been there for nearly six weeks). I was not told about anyone entering my apartment today and then to find my bathroom was left a complete mess when i arrived home at 7:15 this evening is a complete disgrace. The floor was a mess and things were not where they were upon entry. Now after a 12 hour work day i will need to scrub my bathroom floor. For the amount of money that the tenants here pay, the way things have been recently is completely disheartening. From the previous snow and ice situation, to waiting to get this repair, to lack of trash pick up, to now this, it is absolutely appalling. I proceeded to inform management and they ignored my two emails. After a 15% increase this type of treatment of tenants is insane. Only giving two stars because i enjoy the pool during summer months.

Have only lived here a short period of time but have been thoroughly delighted by our experience to date. The office staff is terrific, very responsive to any issue. Also, very proactive in contacting owners for any issues or special events. Maintenance is outstanding - prompt & professional with all service requests. The grounds look amazing. The valet trash pickup is excellent. An apartment complex that looks and feels more like a home!

We moved in april 2019. For so many reasons we can not reccomend anyone to live here. We have been so disappointed with the management and maintenance team of Madison Apartments the entire term of our lease. We waited months for things to be fixed. We paid an extremely high price in rent ($2500++) and even when there were safety concerns the resolution was delayed well outside of what should be accepted in a professional leasing situation. Issues that could have landed my handicapped child in the hospital took months for you to resolve. We repeatedly called and spoke with staff in your office regarding these issues. Our mistake was not having it in writing, obviously. A stair railing fell last week and caused me to fall down the flight of steps was put in with brad nails, not secured in and only up for appearances. I called them immediately and it still took several hours for the team to fix the issue. Thankfully it was myself and not one of my children who were injured because of the faulty and unsafe measures put in place at these apartments. I can not and will not in good faith reccomend anyone to move or live here. I am genuinely concerned for the well being of residents who have the misfortune of being locked into an agreement of lease with Madison Apartments. Should Madison Apartment Group have any further questions I would gladly welcome the coorespondance.

Beware. The neighborhood is not safe! I moved my family there temporarily due to job relocation. It seemed fine in the beginning but we did notice many moving out. Questionable characters in the community and not the best school district. It's a shame as the apartments are nice. We were there for a few years until our new neighbor arrived. He made my family very uncomfortable and forced us to move. Better off looking elsewhere.
